My favs

Since everybody has been sick the last few days, there has not been much going on around here. I found these pics from a trip to St. Johns a few months ago. Gabby loved playing with my Aunt Tricia's puppies! These are some of my favorites...

Auntie Am

Amy came for a quick snow trip this weekend! It was so fun and Amy got her first experience driving in a snowstorm.
Carter loved having a new snowball target... but then had a little too much fun and got snow down her boots. She opted for these monkey-looking gloves instead.
Back home, Gabby got Amy to read her plenty of books. She is very persistent lately and wants someone to read to her all day long.

Good Deal

So my dental hygiene school is doing a fund raiser and we are selling electric toothbrushes and white strips for more than half off. I am not allowed to sell them over the Internet, however, I am allowed to sell them to family/friends and friends of friends. So if you fit into any of those categories and your interested, let me know and I'll give you more details.

Carter's check-up

It's more fun to go to get your teeth cleaned when your daddy is your hygienist! Carter liked getting to wear her sunglasses to keep the light out of her eyes and sitting in the huge purple chair that goes up and down. She wasn't sure about getting her teeth polished though. At least she didn't wrap her lips around her teeth this time!

Babby

Gabby is talking all the time now! Still lots of baby jibberish but mixed with real words here and there. The cutest is when she calls herself "Babby".

Party animals

We have loved living in the snow and having so many visitors come up from the valley! This weekend Robert's brother Kevin and his family came up & we had a blast! Of course, we had to sled a little, eat icicles & throw lots of snowballs!
Kandy is always so sweet to bring her toys and dress-up clothes for the girls. This is something they always look forward to!
We took a little trip to Petland to play with the cute puppies, see the newborn bunnies & discover my fear of birds (Kirstan can witness, I almost had heart-attack when this parrot-ish bird started getting close to Carter. I know I'm such a wimp but this bird had a crazy look in its eyes!) After, we went to Peter Piper's and let the kids loose. Gabs had a secret crush on Spiderman and held onto his arm during the ride in his car. Thanks Kevin, Kirstan, Kandy, and Kendall for the fun time! We miss you already!

My sweet baboo

Earlier this week, the Valentine's Charlie Brown movie was on and Charlie wanted to give a valentine to his "sweet baboo". I told Carter that Robert was my sweet baboo and I asked her who hers was. Of course, she said Micah was. Then I asked Gabby who her sweet baboo was. She just turned and smiled really big at Carter. Carter looked shocked and said, "Is it me?!?". Gabby just kept smiling and giggled. Ha, ha! It was so cute and sweet! Gabby really does love her big sister!

While the Daddy is away...

The girls will play! Robert is cleaning teeth on the Res today and tomorrow and had to stay overnight. So, we decided to have a girls night, which started with making cookies. The girls had their spoons ready for a taste of cookie dough. Gabby looks like she might die if she doesn't get some quick!

While we waited for the cookies to bake, Carter suggested that they put on makeup...my makeup. Carter held still but Gabby did not and she just ended up looking like she had a black eye. Oh well, they loved it.



When the cookies were done, the girls chowed down. But, we couldn't stop laughing at Carter's hillbilly teeth.


The two messy girls headed straight for the bathtub after their sweet treats.

After they were scrubbed clean, we finished the night off with some pedicures, pink nail polish of course. A few bedtime stories later and they were out. It was a fun and very girly night but we will be ready for Robert to be home tomorrow :)

A trip to the library

Carter & Malloy playing kitchen. Carter was cooking and serving up some interesting dishes such as french fries, chicken, mud, and dinosaurs to Malloy and the other boys. Delicious!
