I'm back

Well, this may be a short post since I am verrrry slow at typing now. First, I want to say thanks to everyone for the outpouring of goodness that has been shown to our family this last month. Between the baby and the stroke we have had so many nice things done for us that I can't even list them all. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
I am doing well and have been at my parents house in Mesa for a week now. I meet with a Cardiologist on Monday and we should have some more info on surgery then. I am walking around pretty good (with a walker, granny style) and while I still talk slowly, it is getting better everyday. I am noticing as I try to do more things that I have pretty good use of my hands but run into some tasks that are really difficult such as doing up buttons, putting on make-up and washing my hair. We are optomistic though with how much progress I have already made in 2 weeks. I have the best family and husband who have helped out so much, I know I am doing as well as I am becuase of them.
Robert is done with his test now (he finds out the results in 4-6 weeks) and was able to get a few weeks off school to be with us. Woo-hoo! Hopefully, we will have some more info soon and be able to give some positive updates! Thanks everyone!

Hi, Holly--

Wow! It was great to hear from you. We just want you to know that we love you so much and you are a special, special member of our extended family. You have always been one of my most special cousins.

You have been in our thoughts and prayers constantly, and still are. In fact, we've been able to fast for you twice this month (including yesterday).

Hooray for you! We are so glad to see your progress...don't worry, with something like this, ANY progress is good progress. We look forward to your updates!

Love,
Linc (and Anna)

I love your "I'm back" headline! We're all so thankful you've made so much progress. It looks like little Nathan has been doing the same thing. He looks like a little man in his shirt and tie. The Lord is good, and at a time like this it is worth everything to know He's there. We want to come by when we come back down next week.

Love to you ALL!

Holly-glad to hear you are at least getting around even if it is granny style. We miss you and your girls so much! We were going to come visit you last weekend while we were down but Tessa started puking so that changed our plans a little. Hope to see you next time!
